Our startup, CustomGPT, has developed a revolutionary no-code/low-code Generative AI platform (called RAG), reshaping how businesses utilize ChatGPT with their own data, without requiring developers or IT support. We've experienced exponential growth and, more importantly, garnered rave reviews from our delighted customers.

In this role of Software Engineer - Product Focus, you will be pivotal in steering our company's product direction and ensuring our clients thrive in their Generative AI journey.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop innovative solutions that resonate with market needs.
• Define product specs, user stories, roadmaps, prioritize features based on customer feedback, and drive the execution of AI product strategies.
• Launch cool AI products from idea-to-launch - using lean startup methodologies.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree - with a major or minor in Computer Science [REQUIRED]

2. Must have taken a Data Structures and/or Analysis of Algorithms class.

3. Experience having launched a product from idea-to-launch is a plus.
