Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students in a dynamic learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students studying to obtain their life insurance license
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Proficiency in Zoom or Virtual teaching
- Licensed in insurance is a plus
