Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated cleaning person / custodian to join our team. You will be responsible for proactively maintaining the cleanliness of our building and must be able to work independently. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks along with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects

This position will require 30 - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, starting at 10:30 am. This is a great opportunity to work for a solid company that has been in business for over 40 years.
