PULITO Closets Garages More, a subsidiary of Custom Wood Products, designs, manufactures and installs organizational systems for the entire home. This unique system is custom, affordable, and is made in Maple Hill, Kansas.

As a Closet Systems Installer, under the direction of the Pulito Manager, you will be installing custom organizational systems for various areas of customers’ homes. Our Installers are recognized as the front line to our customers. As brand ambassadors, their goal is to provide a top-notch, red carpet customer experience. As a Pulito Installer, you will be responsible for loading, delivering and unloading the product. On low delivery days, you will work in the workshop to help meet project deadlines.

Essential Functions:

• Read and understand shop drawings
• Load, drive and unload delivery van with everything needed to install organizational systems
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and follow delivery schedule set by management
• Install organizational systems according to plan and established system processes
• Utilize table saws, other small wood working equipment and hand tools
• Adhere to all established safety rules, procedures and code of conduct, including strict behavioral and dress codes
• Work in an efficient manner the hours necessary to maintain promised production/installation levels
• Will work in frameless cabinet production when not delivering/installing closet systems.
• Adheres to safety protocols and conducts work in safe manner
• All other duties as assigned

• At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and good driving record
• Ability to lift panels and cabinets in excess of 50 lbs individually and 200 lbs with partner
• Excellent customer service skills, including being courteous and professional
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use and read a tape measure
• Ability to read plans and learn/execute installation processes
• Ability to use basic woodworking tools
