As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a versatile, dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Accountant/Quality Assurance Inspector.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist/Accountant/Quality Assurance Inspector is a multifaceted role designed for an individual who is gregarious, sociable, and detail-oriented, with a strong foundation in accounting. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and demonstrate a proficiency in managing daily accounting tasks, front desk operations, and quality assurance inspections. This position requires a highly organized, reliable, and professional individual capable of multitasking and adapting to the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accountant Functions:

- Perform daily accounting functions with precision and adherence to financial policies.

- Responsible for monthly book closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Manage inventory, conducting regular audits to maintain integrity and accuracy.

- Assist in the preparation of annual tax documents and support the financial closing process.

2. Front Desk Receptionist:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional image of CT&F.

- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling appointments with efficiency and courtesy.

- Provide administrative support to various departments, aiding in the smooth operation of our office.

- Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to quality and professionalism.

3. Quality Assurance Inspector:

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to inspect and verify the precision of machined parts.

- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and tolerances through meticulous measurement and evaluation.

- Participate in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures, aiming for continuous improvement.

- Document inspection results and collaborate with the production team to address and rectify any issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience in accounting, front desk operations, and quality assurance is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
