Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints on apparel using screen printing techniques. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

- Prepare and set up screens for printing

- Prepare inks according to color specifications

- Load screens onto printing machines

- Operate screen printing machines to print designs onto various surfaces

- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed

- Clean screens and equipment after each use

- Maintain inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork

- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Screen Printer or similar role, We are willing to train the right person if you have no experience

- Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques and processes

- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

- Good communication skills

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
