Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Verify insurance coverage
- Manage patient records and ensure they are up-to-date
- Collect payments and manage financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dental office (1-2 years required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software programs (Open Dental)
