MASON TENDER JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Duties include:
Assemble/Disassemble Scaffolding
Weights: Staging Frame = 53 lbs.
Staging Brace = 21 lbs.
Screw Jack = 21 lbs.
Outrigger = 18 lbs.
Laminated Plank = 60 lbs.
Safety Rail = 27 lbs.
Distribute Materials to Masons
Weights: 12” Block = 56 lbs.
8” Block = 43 lbs.
4” Block = 26 lbs.
Brick = 5 lbs.
Tong of Brick = 47 lbs.
Shovel of Mortar = 15 lbs.
Bucket of Grout = 55 lbs.
Clean up of Work Area (See above weights)
Rub CMU walls (Light-duty work – does involve repetitive motion)
Wash Brick Veneer (Light-duty work – does involve repetitive motion)
Advanced Duties include:
Mix Mortar or Grout
Weights: Bag of Cement = 90 lbs.
Bag of Lime = 50 lbs.
Bucket of Sand = 40 lbs.
Make Brick or Block Cuts with Table Saw (See above weights)
Drive Forklift Truck
