Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Manager to join our team. As a Restoration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the restoration industry.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish
- Assess damage and develop restoration plans
- Oversee the execution of restoration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process
- Supervise a team of restoration technicians and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including documentation of work performed and materials used
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restoration techniques
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the restoration industry
- Proficiency in mold remediation, asbestos abatement, carpet cleaning, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and other related areas
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in restoration projects
