What you will do:

• Work with custom home builders, designers, kitchen and bath dealers and residential clients to assist in the selection process for flooring including LVP, Tile, Hardwood, Carpet and Laminate.
• Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers to ensure projects are seamless from start to finish.
• Complete take offs from blue prints
• Create proposals and contracts.

This is a commission-based position with the average yearly income of a consultant at approx. $100,000 with the potential to make over $200,000 per year. First year consultants typically earn $50,000-$70, 000

Qualifications

• 1 year of flooring sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to understand basic math skills
• Basic Understanding of Construction is suggested
