Custom Cones USA is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Renton, WA

The Customer Support Associate will be on the front lines representing the Custom Cones USA and DaySavers brands - handling everything from questions about our products, troubleshooting order issues, and resolving customer concerns with the utmost care and respect. Always creating conversations that place our customers at the center of our business. As a member of our customer service team, you'll be instrumental in delivering an extraordinary shopping experience to every one of our customers. Our ideal candidate is a master problem solver with a passion for connecting with people and a thoughtful, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day. The position handles the daily communication to make sure our orders are delivered properly to the customer and that the customer is completely satisfied. It will not always go perfectly, but this position will be able to clearly communicate with the customer and ensure a positive outcome.

* IN-OFFICE POSITION - RENTON - WE ARE A FAST-PACED AND HANDS-ON START-UP *

Responsibilities:

  • Online sales Customer Support - Present key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer questions and issues.
  • Deliver transformative customer experiences and develop lasting relationships via phone, chat, and email.
  • Help educate customers, drive them towards purchase, and ensure connections with our sales team are established.
  • Work with Fulfillment Center to manage order inquiries, customer ship dates, returns, and inventory. Proactively notify customers of any updates.
  • Stay up to date on current and past product lines, service issues, known product issues, product updates, promotions, competitive products, and business activities to be a knowledgeable resource for customers.
  • Proactively alert Sales and Marketing teams to negative issues and respond to sales-related questions and comments where appropriate.
  • Help maintain & manage customer database/order management.
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.

You will be joining a young, fast, and passionate start-up organization. The ideal candidate is eager to start at the ground floor and help take the team to the next level. Again, please note that this is an in-office position in Renton, WA.

Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience desired; previous experience in the Cannabis industry is also a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications with strong technical abilities.
  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks and information flows within a customer and/or sales environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees as well as external customers.
  • Highly organized with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and improving processes.
  • Motivated self-starter with high-efficiency work style.
  • Flexibility with an ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • A passion for the cannabis industry and creating positive customer experiences.
