We're on the lookout for a seasoned and dedicated Site Superintendent to bolster our efforts amidst rapid growth and expansion in the concrete construction sphere. As a key player, you'll ensure project success while upholding the renowned standard of excellence that defines Custom Concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and oversee manpower, equipment, and materials for each project.

Maintain adherence to construction drawings, ensuring projects meet specified requirements and standards.

Keep a vigilant eye on production schedules, ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, representing Custom Concrete with professionalism and maintaining open lines of communication.

Conduct daily inspections of job sites and completed work to ensure top-notch craftsmanship.

Facilitate material and machinery procurement as needed.

Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to field employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, crew leaders, crew members, and clients.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in foundation, walls, slabs, and site concrete, ideally in a site superintendent capacity.

Possession of a valid driver's license.
