Jaco Waterproofing is looking for a foundation repairman and basement waterproofing specialist.

This general laborer will specialize in:

• basement waterproofing- repair leaks in the walls and floors.
• crack repairs- using injection process to stop water and repair or replace sump pumps.
• brick sealing- applying waterproofing materials to residential and multi-family buildings to prevent leaks and mold.
• commercial waterproofing- applying waterproofing materials to schools, hospitals, stadiums and other like buildings.
• driveway sealing- to prevent cracking and breaking from salt and other chemicals.
• concrete lifting- to avoid tear outs and replacement on stairways, sidewalks and driveways.
• crawlspace encapsulation- waterproofing and repairs to crawlspaces.
• foundation peering - installing piers to avoid a sinking or bowing foundation/building for both looks and safety.
