Position Summary: CCMS is Multi Service contractor which provided services to different markets residential, commercial, construction and GOVERNMENT. CCMS is looking to add to its team a Dispatcher who will be responsible for the processes of scheduling, dispatching and coordinating CCMS’ services to clients (new or recurring) in a timely manner, assigning them with the appropriate crew size and qualifications , confirming with the clients 24 hours prior to the service and confirming with the cleaning team their schedule for the following day (preferably 48 hours in advance).

Role and Responsibilities:

* Work with Project management software and other IT tools to perform scheduling and dispatching.

* “Smart scheduling” an dispatching based on areas, availability and job scope of work

* Update issues status (Aspire/Planner)

* Studies the jobsite specifics to determine the requirements and staffing needs according to priorities and in collaboration with Op coordinator.

* Ensures that the project work is carried out as per the assigned schedule and resolves all the problems on the spot, to improve the productivity.

* Answer Phone calls in a timely manner.

* Meet minimum requirements of service scheduled completion per day.

* Solving any delivery issues that may arise in a timely manner.

* Establish professional and trustful relationship with both customers and crews.

* Keeps records of the relevant production data in the form of reports and provides constructive feedback to the employees by providing solutions to improve efficiency.

* Must adhere to the CCMS Custodial procedures, CCMS Quality Management System and CCMS Safety Standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Preferred High School diploma or GED is preferred.

- 2-3 years of experience in the service industry and customer service

- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish

- Ability to follow oral and written instruction.

- Methods, materials, equipment, and safety procedures utilized in custodial work

- Willingness to learn dispatching software/quarry platforms to track daily work.

- Knowledge of logistics and operation management to provide maximum efficiency.

- Motivated to be part in the growth of the company, through expanding customer base, maintaining healthy relationships with current customers, recruitment of new drivers/driver retention, be support in everyday work operations and problem solving.
