Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management and dispatching, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling of fleet vehicles.

Duties:
- Coordinate and dispatch fleet vehicles according to schedules and customer requests
- Utilize transportation management systems to track and monitor vehicle locations
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Manage freight movement and optimize routes for efficiency
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with drivers and customers
- Handle emergency situations effectively and efficiently

Requirements:
- Proficiency in dispatching software and transportation management systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- (Geographic Information System) for route optimization
- Experience in fleet management is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems for dispatch operations
