Occupancy Planner to oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise in supply, capacity and demand for a global portfolio.Job Description
• Activities will consist of day-to-day change requests, project space planning and solution development, project support including
client relationship manager and project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution
outcomes and utilization metrics.
• Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply information
• Monitor BU demand and supply against approved plan
• Work with the client on utilization data and sizing model information
• Understand and incorporate workplace strategy in long-term plans
• Identify tactical projects for implementation
• Create current and forecasted Stack Plans
• Develop space plans
• Monitor unplanned activity
• Develop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planning
• Coordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope
• Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
