PCB Designer
We are looking for a PCB Designer to join our team in Newtown, PA!
As a member of our Design team, you will be responsible for designing and performing the layout of digital and analog high-density, multi-layer PCBs for our industry leading products portfolio within the aerospace flight test and monitoring instrumentation solutions space.
This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams while expanding and refining your expertise in the design and layout of high-performance and high-reliability PCBs.

Your Challenge :
  • Performs PCB component placement, PCB routing, and design release documentation for Printed Circuit Boards.
  • Designs component footprints and symbols for the Master Component Library and maintains PCB design engineering processes.
  • Evaluates the quality of the schematic design and supports schematic capture for conversion to layout.
  • Conducts design reviews and releases design documentation.
What You Bring:
  • Demonstrated experience with schematic capture tools and PCB design tools, such as CADStar, E-CADStar, Predator, Altium.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of PCB best practices for design, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IPC-Class 3
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and component data sheets.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Due to the nature of the work performed at this facility, this role may require a DOD Government security clearance. Incumbents must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance while employed by this site.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical design or related field
