Job Description/Summary
Responsible for the oversight of safe and productive field operations. Supervises the job site in accordance with Curtis Contracting, policies, procedures and values. Experience in Pipe Rehabilitation, Grading/ Excavation, and Bridge Structure construction as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead. Responsible for the planning and logistics of all project related tasking to include but not limited to coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, scheduling and compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required. Leadership to field level employees to include communicating performance expectations, disciplinary action and the guidance needed. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Drug Test/Screening, Reference Checks, OSHA 10 certification, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and construction leadership experience.
