Responsibilities include but are not limited to

· Assisting the Box Office and Theater Management during performances, including nights, weekends, and Holidays

· Managing lines and crowds during walk-in outside the theatre and guiding people to various checkpoints and entrances

· Helping maintain cancelation lines for sold out performances

· Assisting patrons with mobile tickets

· Answer frequently asked questions about each show and theatre

Skills and Specifications

· Strong Customer Service Skills are a must.

· Must possess effective problem-solving skills, proactive and effective time management.

· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patrons

· Knowledge of mobile ticketing systems preferred

*Please note Line Control shifts are 2 to 3 hours per performance. Foreseeable hours per week would not exceed 16 - 24 hours.*
