We are looking for a technically minded individual to join our team as a Lighting Application Specialist for the Litecontrol brand. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting lighting application submittals using Solidworks for linear Litecontrol fixtures. You will work closely with customer service and provide technical assistance on indoor lighting projects of various complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SolidWorks to generate lighting submittal packages for Litecontrol fixtures.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely project proposals.
• Assist with creating and revising submittals to help ordering and logistics of Litecontrol fixtures for lighting projects.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding Litecontrol products and applications.
• Stay up to date on the latest Litecontrol products and lighting industry trends.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Traits & Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Drafting, Design), or equivalent experience.
• CAD drafting proficiency
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, building plans, and specifications.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design.
• Understanding of lighting principles and calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $60,000-$75,000.
