Retail Marketing Representative - FLCurrent Home is GROWING!
Current Home, a Southern California Central Florida based industry leading solar energy company, is top-ranked by its customers in reviews at Yelp, Google, and BBB. Our esteemed reputation has earned our Retail Solar Sales Representatives access to a perpetual flow of prospective leads at Home Depot retail locations. In this role you will have the opportunity to introduce homeowners to the extensive benefits of solar, spending each day making a global impact by acting locally in the Tampa area scheduling pre-qualified in-home energy consultations.
Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a motivated attitude to exceed required daily performance goals
• Approach and initiate conversations with prospective clients to explain the benefits of solar while offering a free in-home energy consultation with one of our Sales Consultants
• Convert pre-qualified leads to scheduled appointments
• Maintain a welcoming demeanor while effectively and professionally communicating solar energys benefits
• Display professionalism befitting Current Homes and Home Depots esteemed reputations for top-notch customer service at all times
• Employ up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage
• Dedicate to continual development via active participation in sales training, meetings, and reviews

Qualifications

• Sales or direct marketing experience in a retail setting preferred
• Knowledgeable on the benefits of solar, or eager to learn
• An appetite for success proven by past professional and personal achievements
• Superior ability to utilize persuasive communication to pitch and close sales
• An unshakeable upbeat, fun-loving attitude
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Availability Monday-Friday weekends (8am to 8pm)
• Bilingual preferred
