(In-house experience is a plus but not required).Qualified candidates are exceptional communicators who are equally confident in their own design abilities as they are delegating and mentoring others. The Design Director will need to run multiple, complex projects end-to-end; ensure consistency in design across channels; and expand our design system as our needs grow.
