Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of vegan baked goods, following established recipes. This position can be full time or part time, and there is some flexibility on days and shifts which will be discussed in an interview.

Duties:
- Prepare a wide range of vegan baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Bake items using the appropriate equipment and tools
- Decorate cakes and pastries as needed
- Stock and re-stock pastry case in coffee shop as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and the ability to follow recipes
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, etc.
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have weekend availability

Skills:
- Cake decorating
- Proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Experience in the food industry
- Packaging baked goods appropriately
