In this role, you will report to the SVP, IT Corporate Technology and will be responsible for overseeing Curis infrastructure engineering and operations. This includes building new cloud solutions, modernizing legacy workloads, and automating maintenance. You will also focus on ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and scalability of IT systems to meet the growing needs of the organization.Key Result AreasStrategic and Hands-On Leadership : Lead the development and implementation of a strategic technology infrastructure plan, while also being willing and able to dive into technical details as needed.Team Development and Management : Directly build and manage a small team of infrastructure engineers and operations staff, providing hands-on mentorship, fostering professional growth, and promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence : Hands-on management of our AWS infrastructure to ensure its reliability, performance, and security.
