Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet each guest with a smile and anticipate their needs such as opening car doors, assistance with wheelchairs, holding umbrellas, etc.
• Facilitate their access to and use of the establishment by offering information, direction and assistance if needed.
• Perform basic valet parking tasks including but not limited to: parking, retrieving, and delivering the car to a guest.
• Safe operation of guests' vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances and policies.
• Handle cash, valet tickets, keys, and equipment in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Maintain a professional and friendly appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Contribute into promoting the company with the team by taking pictures, informing all guests about CurbStand, helping guests download the app, and using marketing material as required.

We are looking for a Parking Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the parking lot, including collecting fees, issuing tickets, and enforcing parking regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with the public. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and poise.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor parking lot to ensure that vehicles are parked in designated areas.
• Enforce parking rules and regulations.
• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces.
• Collect fees from customers and issue tickets or receipts.
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding parking regulations or procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly parking lot.
• Report any suspicious activity or damage to the property.
