Position Summary:This position is responsible for setting up and operating Manual machines, CNC machining centers, and other value-added equipment, loading and creating programs through data transfer and MDI programming. Works with leads, planners, and supervisors to achieve production goals. The machinist is responsible for interpreting complex blueprints and producing quality parts according to specifications and time restraints. Requires considerable autonomy with little to no supervision to perform duties of the job. |
