• Split time between 3 days of Primary Care and 1 day of Urgent Care coverage
• 100% Outpatient with no call responsibilities
• 4-day work-week
• All ages are expected, but primarily adults and geriatrics.
• You can expect to be fully ramped in 6 months if not sooner, at your comfort level.
• Base salary is a range between $130,000 and $136,000 production bonus.
• Quality bonus of up to 7.5% of base salary
• 4 weeks of PTO
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance of up to $10k.
• The facility qualifies for student loan assistance.
