Heathcare facility in central Arizona looking for Anesthesiologist coverage this spring

Schedule:

• 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Open shifts: 3/4, 3/5, 3/18, 3/19, 3/26, 4/1-4/5, 4/22, 4/23, 4/29-5/2, 5/7-5/9
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days

Practice Setting:

• Volume: 50-60 patients per day
• Support staff: CRNAS (locums will not medically direct CRNAs)
• EMR: Cerner & SaAnesthesia
• Procedures/Types of Cases: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.
• Hospital bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital & 2 in ambulatory center

Requirements:

• BE or BC in Anesthesiology
• Active AZ license
• ACLS & PALS
• Flu & Covid vaccines (religious exemptions accepted)

Travel & Lodging

• Rental car, mileage, and lodging are fully covered
