CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced benefits professional for our newly created Vice President of Consultant Relations role. The position, which reports to CuraLinc's Senior Vice President of Sales, is responsible for developing and extending strategic relationships with health care consultants, brokers and third-party advisors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and Execute a Clear Strategy for CuraLinc's Relationships with Assigned Consultants (Including Brokers and Other Third-Party Advisors)
  • Serve as the Primary Liaison Between CuraLinc and the Consultant's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Workforce Mental Health and EAP
  • Lead Dialogue with Consultants by Addressing Global Objectives for Workforce Mental Health, Independent of the Sales Cycle for any Current or Prospective Client
  • Be Responsive to Consultant Needs and Proactive to Consultant Concerns 
  • Keep Consultants Informed of New Programs, Features and Marketplace Trends
  • Synthesize Competitive Intel and Market Analysis from Consultants into Impactful Action Plans for CuraLinc's Sales, Service, Product and Marketing Teams
  • Lead Capabilities and Program Impact Sessions for Consultant SMEs
  • Provide Insight and Collaboration to Team Leaders in Other Departments (Sales, Client Services and Marketing)
  • Confidently Speak to the Value of All CuraLinc Programs and Services

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Ten-Plus Years of Large-Market Health and Benefits Consulting Experience or Ten-Plus Years of Large-Market B2B Consultant-Driven Sales Experience within Healthcare or Employee Benefits (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, Navigation, Digital Health, etc.)
  • Subject Matter Expertise within Workforce Mental Health or EAP Preferred
  • Stable Employment History
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented
  • BS/BA Degree
