The Role at a glance :

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our Higher Education team in Fairmont, WV. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage a catering event and ensure its success.

What you'll be doing :

• Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Managing event staff.
• Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines.
• Any other tasks as necessary.

What we're looking for :

Must-haves :

• At least three years experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

Nice-to-haves :

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
