Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Field Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings outside of a traditional hospital environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Provide wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed
- Document patient interactions and care provided accurately

Skills:
The ideal candidate for the Field Nurse position should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in areas such as botulinum toxin treatment, pain management, and gastric lavage
- Knowledge of discharge planning and internal medicine practices
- Familiarity with nursing home protocols and health coaching techniques
- Competency in occupational health standards and laboratory procedures

License/Certification:

• LVN license (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
