Applicants should really love coffee, have a flexible schedule, and have the willingness to learn. We expect applicants to be available to work 3-5 shifts a week (am pm), including weekends.

Though we are looking for coffee experience, we will be training to Cuppi Coffee's standards of espresso preparation and coffee knowledge. We are also always looking for applicants that show strong leadership and responsibility, interested in taking on increased responsibilities. Responsibilities: Dials machine in and maintains consistent espresso extraction Follows Cuppi Coffee recipes and presentation standards in a timely manner(Latte Art skills is a plus!) Work alongside with the team members to support a high level of hospitality through communication, efficiency, quality and cleanliness Additional store responsibilities include; cashier, customer service and stocking. Qualification: Minimum one year experience working in a detail oriented, "specialty coffee environment" and using a manual espresso machine. Minimum one experience in a customer service environment and a passion to provide an exceptional customer experience Experience in, and an ability to use position Point of Sale (POS) system.
