CUPBOP IS LOOKING FOR OUTGOING, MOTIVATED & HARD WORKING STORE MANAGERS! Base Salary $40-$60k plus quarterly bonus (up to $4k quarterly).
We are looking for reliable & outgoing store managers. Managers are responsible for many of the day-to-day operational activities that you would expect in a restaurant type operation including food and labor cost management, crew scheduling and training, preparing and cooking, and more. Qualified candidates must be able to make good decisions and use independent judgment.
Ideal applicants will have a proven track record of being able to focus on a given task till completion, prioritize, and work under pressure. This position requires professional communication - both written and verbal - and organizational skills. Managers are highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with attention to detail.
