Job Title: Operations Associate

Job Summary:

As an Operations Associate at Cup Zero, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse and washing facility operations. You will be responsible for washing and processing cups after events, ensuring accurate inventory management across our product lines, preparing and staging future orders, as well as delivering and picking up from events and venue customers. This role requires a self-starting individual with excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on a weekly calendar, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and process cups after events, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management across various product lines, tracking cup quantities, and updating inventory records as needed.
  • Prepare and stage future orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop effective workflows and optimize warehouse processes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on reusable cups to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with event organizers and venue customers, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, following proper procedures for handling and storing cups and cleaning materials.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or operations role is preferred, but not required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track inventory efficiently.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event support.
  • Strong Preference towards candidates with their own vehicles - Milage reimbursed

  • Up to 50% travel
