Description
We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist (CSSP) who can help us ensure our clients advertising is OEM compliant and live across all media types. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively both with internal and external partners, is highly organized and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment: Speed to market is vital for our automotive, home services and retail clients. The CSSP plays a vital role in the agency’s success and efficiency, ensuring all assets are pre-approved and compliant, campaigns launch with correct assets, all required documentation is gathered, deadlines are met, and client advertising co-op funds are maximized. Within the role, candidates will be exposed to and gain valuable understanding of various Linear and Digital platforms including Programmatic and Paid Social. The CSSP will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and will work closely with the Customer Success Services, Account Services, Creative, Linear Media, and Digital Media teams. Remote applications will be accepted, but priority will be given to local candidates. Local employees work in a hybrid environment in our Bloomington office.
