Position Overview: You will be the face of our practice, and the first step our office takes to deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for our patients. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring that their visit starts with a smile and leaves them feeling valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient-Centric Approach: Upholding our commitment to patient experience, you will ensure that every patient receives personalized attention and care from the moment they walk through our doors until the end of their appointment.

Appointment Scheduling and Coordination: You will oversee the appointment scheduling process to optimize efficiency while accommodating patients' needs and preferences. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and minimal wait times.

Clear Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, dental staff, and management to convey essential information, treatment plans, and financial options in a clear and empathetic manner.

Financial Management: You will assist in discussing financial arrangements and options with patients to help them make informed decisions about their treatment plans.

Patient Feedback and Satisfaction: Proactively gather patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction continually.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in dental front office or related customer service roles is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compassionately and professionally with patients and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Empathy and Compassion: A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to patients, making them feel comfortable and supported during their dental visits.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team towards delivering outstanding patient experiences.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with dental software and computer systems for appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize tasks in a dynamic dental practice environment.
