Local, well-established primary care and specialty office hiring a Certified Medical Assistant with ability to act a patient liaision. Must be comprehensive, able to multi-task and phone triage. Versatility/reliability is a must, as we are dedicated to providing our patients with great care and follow-through. Positive attitude, dedicated work ethic is a must as we have built a great team! Greater than 5 years experience preferred. Must have proof of UTD vaccinations (COVID), CPR and an unencumbered license. EKG experience a plus.

We do not double-book at this office. Every patient gets dedicated time for their appt. Avg patient flow per provider is 10-18 daily (light). There is also a patient care/admin split of duties. -Excellent organizational skills/ pt call-backs

-Knowledge of EHR and support systems

-Processing patients through visit or issues

-Precerts/authorizations and follow-through

-Performs vitals signs, administers injections etc
