Position: Orthodontic and Pediatric New Patient Coordinator (Sales Focus)

With a focus on sales and relationship building, this role plays a pivotal part in guiding patients through the initial processes of their orthodontic and pediatric dental journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all patients interested in orthodontic and/or pediatric treatment.
  • Assist the doctor in conducting comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs and recommend suitable treatment options, customized to their smile and bite.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families, fostering trust and confidence throughout their treatment experience.
  • Effectively communicate treatment plans, procedures, and financial arrangements to patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate appointments and provide ongoing support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Actively promote orthodontic and pediatric dental services and contribute to the achievement of sales targets and practice growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of orthodontic and pediatric dental treatment concepts and procedures is advantageous but not required as we are willing to teach an individual with the right personality and work ethic.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
