Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has strong attention to detail.

Duties:

- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records

- Verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Organize and file documents as needed

- Perform basic math calculations

- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats

- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes is a plus
