One of Culligan's fastest growing Business Units in North America is looking for a dynamic PMO leader who will help define and drive the Business Unit strategy and turn strategy into reality in a collaborative, cross functional, roll up the sleeves, fast-paced work environment. This individual identifies and prioritizes strategic initiatives using analytical skills, generating collaborative solutions, determining the best approach to project manage and execute, and implementing best-practice solutions. The role will work directly will Senior Leadership of the EDG Business gaining additional development and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

• Build, lead and maintain/support EDG wide strategy deployment process that accelerates and drives execution of strategic initiatives in a sustainable way to achieve BU's 3-4 year vision
• Partner with BU operating teams, branch teams and FP&A functions across the Culligan Dealer Businesses to dynamically identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives in a systematic way
• Ensure that key strategic initiatives are framed with executable and measurable deliverables with accountable owners, clear timeframes, measurable targets/KPIs and supported by strong project plans and appropriate resourcing
• Provide hands-on execution leadership of strategic initiatives, either through personal project management or the leadership of key internal and external resources
• Spearhead pilots and/or root cause analysis of performance issues with key strategic initiatives to ensure there is a systematic/sustainable path forward by team members to achieve targeted impact
• Ensure financial impact of initiatives is carefully tracked, measured and built into budget and forecasting process aligned with finance team
• Leverage scalable and flexible communications style and ability to communicate complex initiative specific progress/results to all levels of the organization.
• Apply professional project management techniques while building project management tools and methods that are repeatable across the organization and establish a network of internal experts to support the spread of their use

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Business Management or Finance- Master's degree is a plus
• 7 to 10 years combined consulting and operating experience - focus on top line growth and marketing is a plus
• Hands of project management skills leading/driving complex, multi workstream initiatives
• In depth change management experience in a multi business unit and multi-branch fast pace environment
• Proven skill in converting detailed project work and financial outcomes into digestible presentations
