Position: Route Driver
Location: Culligan of West Texas

Working as a Route Driver, your wide variety of responsibilities will include all aspects of bottling and warehouse functions, shipping and receiving, inventory and equipment maintenance. Use of free Culligan equipment in your home! Culligan of West Texas is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers. We provide all of our employees with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitization supplies to safely perform their job in the field and office. Employees are following the proper CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. Candidates are subject to pre-employment testing up to and including drug/alcohol screening, background check, motor vehicle record check.
The primary responsibilities for this position are to perform deliveries along a specific route and handle invoicing and collections for product delivered. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.
You will receive formal training to prepare you for a successful career at Culligan.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Delivering products in an efficient and timely manner.
- Preparing, processing, and executing orders and sales contracts in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices.
- Handling customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service.
- Following all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 1 year related experience
- Current valid driver's license and CDL
- Must be able to lift/transport up to 150 lbs, physical exertion is common to most tasks
- Forklift certified a plus
