POSITION TITLE: ROUTE DELIVERY
POSITION SUMMARY :
Satisfy and retain customers by delivering products in a timely and professional manner. Identify/report service problems related to the functioning of the equipment. Provide exceptional customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver and remove all scheduled products (Portable exchange tank, salt, chemicals, filters and bottled water) in an efficient, safe and timely manner.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion. Take appropriate and immediate action to resolve complaints. Communicate clearly and positively with customer.
• Seek opportunities for additional sales.
• Load and unload truck. Ensure that all material necessary for the day’s work is on the truck.
• Keep customer’s property secure at all times. Take steps to avoid damage to customer property.
• Ensure all equipment is operating properly. Notify customer and office if any maintenance is required.
• Maintain and operate company vehicles in a proper and safe manner. Perform daily truck inspection and advise if maintenance or repairs are required.

• Safeguard company equipment and products, keeping track of material delivered and returned.
• Collect customer payments and provide receipts as required.
• Accurately and legibly complete all required paper work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to read/write and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to do math or use calculator.
• Able to handle repetitive weight of 100 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
