Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the owners to establish front-of-house operations, including policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to develop a menu that reflects our vision, values, and commitment to quality.
  • Lead the hiring and training of front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and hospitality.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and guest relations.
  • Implement systems and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a pre-opening or opening environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively with owners, chefs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
