As a key supervisor you will be enrolled in the LLC training program and asked to complete your Level Advancement consistently.

You will need to successfully demonstrate all required training associated with Management training (LCC) and participates in ongoing development as outlined by the training department.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
  • Leads preshift on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Conducts table touches with all guests dining, ensuring guest contact as a priority with a target goal of 100% table visitation.
  • Enforces TABC regulations.
  • Ensures product, restaurant and staffing presentation meet company standards
  • Assist in scheduling and meeting staffing pars.
  • Assist management team in creating incentive programs, testing and training.
  • Manages restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Communicates with other managers daily through management log.
  • Completes all other assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Manages hourly team member performance :
  • Creates server sections and job assignments based on performance of team members.
  • Constantly develops team members, including informal shift reviews and participates in daily one on one’s.
  • Provides candid, fair feedback on a regular basis, and continuously works with team members on their areas of development.

Demonstrates proper execution of training systems as outlined by the company while emphasizing the importance of training to associates.

  • Communicates team member negative performance and notifies managers when situations require or could lead to corrective action.
  • Communicates, enforces, and follows company policies, practices and procedures.
  • Coaches and Develops team members
  • Maintains Controllable :
  • Maintains and protects company assets.
  • Complies with the local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
  • Completes daily KPI emails.
  • Follows all cash handling procedures.
  • Participates in midmonth and monthly food and liquor inventories / costs at the GM’s request and is accountable for completion.
  • Responsible for preparing and submission of accurate daily paperwork to appropriate parties.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and / or casual dining restaurant
  • Able to multi-task
  • Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • Customer service focused and solution oriented
  • Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
  • Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
