Culinary Agents is Hiring a Baker Near Collingswood, NJ

This position is overnight, Tue-Sat (8pm-4am)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Scaling, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking our scratched-baked bread and pastries so that they are ready for sale in the morning.

Operating kitchen equipment such as bread mixer, deck oven, proof box, convection oven, etc.

Experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
