Cube Hub Inc. is Hiring a Light equipment operator Near Lead, SD

Job Description : Max Bill Rate$30 / hr.

Suggested pay rate $2122 / hr.

Must becomfortable driving a forklift and performing shrink wrappingduties.

Steel toed shoes required.

Teamsinterview or onsite interviewrequired.

PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES

DOOR OPERATOR INTERNAL MOVER LINEOPERATOR MULTIPACK TRUCKING HARD ROLL WRAPPING & LOADINGCONSOLIDATE & OFFLINE WORK STATION)

1. Workand communicate with team members when performing any assigned worktask.

2. Maintain both productivity and qualityperformance standards while performing all work tasks.

3.Perform work safely and support activities to ensure continuedsafety improvements take responsibility to keep coworkerssafe.

4. Maintain both accuracy and completeness on allrequired paperwork.

5. Follow all WMS / procedures for therecording and tracking of product to insure inventoryaccuracy.

6. Maintain housekeeping standards for both workarea and department.

7. Maintain safe operating proceduresfor all equipment required to perform work tasks.

8.Follow all proper lifting procedures.

JOB TASKEXPECTATIONS :

Training :

Needs to successfully complete checkertraining and perform the job during certification with productivityand quality (error rate) results that at least meet departmentexpectations.

This includes all types of loadingmethods.

Loading and unloading finishedproduct.

Follows SharpGuidelines.

Loads and unloads product with productivityand quality that meets department standards.

Storesproduct safely without damage and according to establisheddepartment practices. Consistently completes all required loadingand unloading paperwork correctly and in a timelymanner.

Understands and follows special circumstanceexpectations e.g. lot control unloads wet damage claimsreturns.

Follows all WMS procedures(loading / unloading / damage etc.)

Operateworkstations (OLWS) Produce palletizedproducts.

Operates equipment safely and with afull knowledge of quality expectations. Any potentially seriousoperational issues (e.

g. safety equipment quality etc.) arecommunicated to Leadership.

Asks questions when unsure ofexpectations e.g. quality specs.

Produces product atstandard rates of operation.

Does not allow work to expandto fill time allotted; asks for more direction.

Exhibitsflexibility and thoroughness in ability to work on differentmachines with

multiple product specs.

Follows allhousekeeping procedures.

Consolidate baysforward stage product and perform other warehouse supportfunctions.

Ability to accomplish warehousesupport functions with onetime work direction and little or nosupervision.

Follows all WMS procedures.

Followsstorage practices that meet department standards.

Does notallow work to expand to fill time allotted. Asks for more directionwhen necessary.

Follows all housekeepingprocedures.

Remove and Store Product fromOutput Lines

Stores product at standard rates ofoperation.

Asks questions when unsure of expectations e.g.quality specs.

Exhibits flexibility and thoroughness inability to work on different output locations.

Alerts teamleadership to any potentially serious operational issues (e.g.quality equipment safety etc.)

Follows all housekeepingprocedures.

Work safely; identify and resolve safetyissues.

Always follows safetyprocedures.

Exhibits safe behaviors in all aspects ofhis / her job i.e. thinks before he / she acts uses PPE locks equipmentout watches out for coworkers take two cut no corners get help whenneeded.

Essential Physical Demands of aPaddle Tractor Operator :

1. Climb / dismount tractor cabheight of 48 52 by stepping onto an 18inch step. Hand supportsavailable for balancing and assistance 3 to 10 times per hour for a12hour shift.

2. Ability to shift in tractor cab seat fromforward position to right or left trunk position. Driving 50%forward position 50% backward position.

3. Ability to turnto view objects directly behind tractor cab.

4. Ability toturn steering wheel one full revolution to the right and leftwithout restriction.

5. Ability to reach and actuate footpedal continuously. (both feet)

6. Ability to reach andactuate hand controls continuously. (right hand)

7.Ability to reach and activate hand scanner continuously. (righthand)

10. Ability to demonstrate initiative by beinga selfstarter and maintaining this discipline throughout the entirework process.

Work Environment :

Workinginside warehouse / comfortable working temperatures winter / summer

Can drive tractor forward if vision not obscured / required to drive backwards when vision isobscured
