Job Description : Job Title : Packaging Specialist

Location : IDEALLY would be inNeenah WI and would just be onsite for training and then remote.However he is open to remote.

SUMMARY OFPOSITION :

Owns creation of Packaging Component and SKUspecifications within one or more Business Units. Manages process / flow and creation of specifications through coordination of manyinternal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage the daytodaycreation and status of packaging components and SKU specificationswhile ensuring they are complete and accurate before movingforward

Interfaces with multiple interconnected Clientdata management systems managing workflow and directing work tasksto other departments and functions.

Manages informationthat flows to externally facing systems utilized directly by Clientsales teams and for customer communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Education required : Associate degree

Knowledge of SAPPLM

Critical Skills / Qualifications :

Abilityto set priorities and manage multiple projects andtimelines.

Ability to clearly and precisely communicateorally and in writing to individuals and groups.

Abilityto build strong sustainable business relationships at variouslevels throughout organization and with key customers andsuppliers.

Ability to operate and use businessmanagement tools (Zoom MS Teams etc.) computers / laptops and othertechnological devices / software programs to communicate with otherpeople.

Other Skills :

Leadership skills willreflect One KC Behaviors and competencies in alignment with therole

Working knowledge of Microsoft Officesuite

It is fast paced and demanding as manydepartments seem to work alongside this role so beingcrossfunctional detail oriented focused on quality and being ableto work on various projects at once since it is a timeline drivenenvironment.
