Blue Raven Solutions, headquartered in Morristown, NJ and having decades of operating experience, provides tech-enabled, scaleable supply chain management solutions to over 80 OEM partners and a growing list of military customers including the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), US Navy, US Army and more. - Support the creation and building of long-term customer relationships.
- Interface daily with clients, account managers and internal departments to quickly resolve issues.
- Identify problem areas and suggest new and innovative solutions for resolving issues.
- Gather competitive customer information and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
- Work with Sales team to attain sales performance goals.
- Create business processes and maintain sales reports.
- Make recommendations to improve procedures.
- Performs order entry, review, track and process orders, and create credit requests.
- Assist Finance teams with vendor invoice processing.
- Track individual customer quality and delivery ratings.
- Understand and comply with all customer quality requirements.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) but college education preferred.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Strong customer empathy/superior customer service skills.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
