Responsibilities
Support the creation and building of long-term customer relationships.
Interface daily with clients, account managers and internal departments to quickly resolve issues.
Identify problem areas and suggest new and innovative solutions for resolving issues.
Gather competitive customer information and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
Work with Sales team to attain sales performance goals.
Create business processes and maintain sales reports.
Make recommendations to improve procedures.
Performs order entry, review, track and process orders, and create credit requests.
Assist Finance teams with vendor invoice processing.
Track individual customer quality and delivery ratings.
Understand and comply with all customer quality requirements.
Education And Experience
High school diploma (or equivalent) but college education preferred.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills
Effective verbal communication skills
Strong customer empathy/superior customer service skills.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
