CTG is seeking an Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology Implementation Consultant to support a client in the southwest region!

Project Duration: 12 – 18 months
Project Location Remote (client is located in San Diego, CA) 
Job Title: Beaker AP Analyst
Description: Full-time contract, may require onsite for knowledge transfer & go live

Job Summary: 
• Provide implementation and build services for Epic Beaker AP, including recommendations for best practices
• Work closely with the Beaker AP implementation team to define build tasks. Complete assigned tasks on time
• Train client resources as needed to enhance Beaker knowledge and expertise
• Document build in anticipation of turnover to client analysts for maintenance
• Follow client’s documented Change Management process to obtain approval for promoting changes to the production environment
• Escalate issues to Epic as needed, and monitor Sherlock tickets for resolution
• Maintain a customer-centric focus when performing all work functions
• Use effective problem-solving skills to focus on issues and ensure that the solution and/or deliverable conforms to customer specifications
• Complete assigned tasks as defined in the Statement of Work with minimal supervision
• Submit internal and external status reports on time, as required.
• Communicate effectively with peers, vendors, customers and management to ensure timely resolution to reported problems
• Inform CTG management on engagement quality concerns when appropriate
• Work will be conducted in a primarily remote model, though the analyst may be asked to travel onsite initially for Knowledge Transfer and training and at the time of go live

Requirements: 
• Epic Beaker AP certification required
• Recent experience with Beaker AP implementation and maintenance required
• Laboratory operations background required, Lab Tech certification preferred
