Developmental Trainers are needed to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their workplace and community. Create excitement as a Developmental Trainer and empower each person we serve to live the life they want to live!

Full and Part Time, Monday thru Friday, day time shifts available.

$16.50/hour to start!

General duties include but are not limited to: Assisting adults with day to day tasks, as well as supporting them do what they love for a living. Opportunities to provide job coaching, teach new skills thru educational and arts curriculum, provide instruction on various hobbies and activities, and assist them in accessing and being members within their community.

Qualifications

Requirements: Must be 18 years old w/ accredited HS diploma/GED. Requires successful completion of criminal background checks, including MVR. Requires valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
